Challenge

Mars Pools needed a website that looked as professional as their service work. Their previous site was a single-page builder template that didn't communicate the breadth of their pool maintenance offerings, and it ranked nowhere for local pool-service queries.

Approach

We rebuilt the site from scratch as a service-focused, mobile-first build with dedicated pages for pool cleaning, equipment repair, opening and closing, and water-quality services. Every service page is structured around a single local intent and a single conversion goal. Local schema, optimized Google Business Profile guidance, and click-to-call CTAs were wired in from day one.

Outcome

Launched in under three weeks with a working demo first. The new site loads in under two seconds on mobile, passes Core Web Vitals on all three metrics, and gives the team a credible online front door that mirrors the quality of their service work.

Cedar High United

Challenge

Cedar High United is a nonprofit that raises funds for Cedar High School athletics. They needed a donation platform that parents and alumni could trust, with secure payment processing, recurring giving, and a way to communicate impact transparently.

Approach

We designed a donation-first homepage with a clear, single CTA above the fold and a streamlined payment flow with no extra steps. The site emphasizes authentic photography of student athletes, a transparent "where your money goes" breakdown, and trust signals (nonprofit status, board roster, contact information). Stripe was integrated for one-time and recurring donations.

Outcome

The fundraising platform launched in three weeks with the demo-first process. The board has a self-serve content management workflow, and the donation experience is now competitive with national platforms — without the per-transaction fees.

Luxury Vacation Rental (Hawaii)Hawaii

Papa's Aloha

Challenge

Papa's Aloha is a luxury private villa on the Big Island competing for direct bookings against major aggregators (Airbnb, VRBO) that take 15–20% commission per booking. The owners needed a website that could win those direct bookings with a luxury-tier first impression.

Approach

We built a destination-style site that puts the property visuals first — large hero imagery, a long-form story of the villa and the area, an availability calendar, and an easy direct-booking inquiry flow. Every page is hand-tuned for image performance: WebP imagery, lazy loading, and responsive `srcset` so the gallery never blocks LCP. SEO targets long-tail "luxury villa Big Island" queries that the major aggregators do not bother optimizing for.

Outcome

Launched as a polished, brand-first site that has become the property's primary direct-booking channel. The owners now own their guest relationship instead of renting it from an aggregator.
