Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Demo Phase: No payment required for the initial demo
• Project Deposit: A deposit (typically 50%) is required upon project approval to begin development
• Final Payment: Remaining balance is due upon project completion and your approval
• Hosting/Maintenance: Monthly or annual fees are billed according to your selected plan

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified in your project agreement. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before Demo Approval: Full refund of any deposit if you choose not to proceed after viewing the demo
• During Development: Partial refund (minus work completed) if the project is canceled after approval
• After Delivery: We will work with you to resolve any issues. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Hosting/Maintenance: Prorated refund for unused months if canceling annual plans

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Communicate promptly regarding project changes or concerns

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to your custom website design and content. However:

• Third-party plugins, themes, or licensed software remain subject to their respective licenses
• We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio (unless you opt out in writing)
• General techniques, code libraries, and frameworks we develop may be reused in other projects
• You retain ownership of all content you provide (logos, text, images)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surreal Marketing Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales, rankings, or traffic. Digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control. We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as specifically stated in writing.
